Yes. Our 1064nm Nd:YAG laser is specifically suited to darker and more melanin-rich skin tones, as the longer wavelength bypasses the superficial skin layers and targets deeper structures with a reduced risk of pigment interaction. All treatments are assessed individually and settings are calibrated accordingly.

We will provide detailed pre-treatment instructions at your consultation. Generally, it is important to avoid sun exposure, tanning, and certain skincare actives in the lead-up to treatment. Sun protection is essential both before and after your sessions.

Yes. Retinol or prescription topical creams must be stopped 1 week prior to laser treatments.

Treatment downtime varies from treatment to treatment. Fractionated laser, vascular and pigmentation treatments yield some downtime which your laser tech will explain in your consult. Laser facial and Carbon facial don't have any downtime.

Yes — all new clients are required to have an initial consultation before commencing any laser treatment. This allows us to assess your skin, review your history, confirm suitability, and create a personalised treatment plan. Consultations can be booked online.
